WASTE INCINERATORS
DESLER’S plant has a ATI model 2200 de tipo semipirolítico waste incinerator. It is connected to a rotating atomizer gas treatment system.
|
The incinerators have 3 chambers:
|
- Primary: Decomposing waste in a sub-estequiometric oxygen environment, approximately 80% of the amount needed for the combustion process.
- Secondary: Excess oxygen gas combustion.
- Third: continuous accumulation and withdrawal of ashes without interrupting the waste loading process.
