Customer Service attends to and solves all our clients needs personally and efficiently. 
We work hard to provide  the following:

• Answer any questions or doubts clients may have regarding services provided.
• Attending and orienting potential clients.
• Taking and solving possible claims.
• Advising on making, receiving and internal procedures regarding waste collection orders to be made.
• Collecting sample waste so that it can be evaluated by our laboratory.
• Collecting and coordinating supply orders. 

Our clients’ opinions and suggestions received through periodic customer satisfaction surveys have allowed us to adjust procedures and generate a personalized follow up by assigning a personal claim number for each specific case.
